• 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a maximum total occupancy of 8 (infants included) and maximum of 6 adults
• Living room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs and high-speed internet/5G Wifi
• All bedrooms have ceiling fans, sound machines, night lights and power strips
• Guest Room 1, The Coral Room, has a King bed and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower
• Guest Room 2, The Sailboat Room, has a Queen bed and a Twin daybed with Twin trundle bed (children only) and an en suite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower
• Guest Room 3, The Lighthouse Room, has a Queen bed and bathroom with a shower/tub (door can be locked to make en suite)
• Modern kitchen with a double oven, gas stove, refrigerator with a regular ice maker and one that makes spheres
  • Ample supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, knives, pots & pans, mixing bowls, baking ware and Pyrex bowls

• Laundry Room has full-size washer and dryer; pool and beach towels are available in a basket
• Deck box with all-terrain beach cart, chairs, umbrella, mat, boogie boards, inflatables and beach toys
